These battery operated pet hamsters have taken the toy world by storm and they are certainly the number one best seller by a massive margin. They are seen as very realistic to children and are being described as the perfect pet. For parents especially as there is no cleaning up after them as there is with the real live thing. If you buy one toy for your child this year then it may well be a Zhu pet. At the moment they are fairly inexpensive but it seems that by all accounts this may well change soon as the demand is very high. At the moment we have a lot of people selling them which means the prices are fairly low. However, most of the third party sellers will have only limited supplies and when that runs out then we will be looking at large hikes in price as the competition hots up.

What is very unusual is that even the large high street toy shops that have managed to get a few in stock are hiking up their prices which is most unusual for established toy stores. Apart from relatively cheap items like th Zhu pets I have noticed through the sales data I have been given that educational toys for kids are seeing a remarkable number of sales. Chief among these are the Leapfrog range of toys. These fun but educational toys for children are what many parents see as ideal gifts, and who can blame them (us). There is nothing better than being able to combine fun with learning and this will certainly make the purchase seem a lot more worthwhile.

In the present work climate it is certainly worth our while to try to give our children any head start that we possibly can. Good jobs are only ever going to get harder to find. Although I certainly do not agree with forcing children to learn at too early an age pr putting undue pressure on them. if we can help them to get a head start over their peers without them feeling they are missing out on any fun then I for one am all for it.
